Rosehip Plus Australian Certified Organic Rosehip Oil

When I heard Miranda Kerr's one sworn beauty secret was rosehip oil I was intrigued. Enough to buy a little bottle of this stuff (Rosehip Plus: RRP$19.95 for 30ml).

Skin oils have really taken off over the past few years, but there are many differences in ingredients and quality so it's difficult to make a decision.

I wondered aloud about the difference between argan oil and rosehip oil and found a canon of literature online explaining each oil's use. I will elaborate further on these oils later down the track, as well as coconut, olive, mango, sweet almond and other popular oils.

I chose Rosehip plus as it seemed the best value for money, pure organic and not watered down by other oils. I went for 100%.

I used it a bit in the morning and certainly attracted stares due to my plum oiled up skin. It does look good, if not a little post surf.

I now use it after the shower, straight on, preferably in the evening before bedtime.

PROS: reduces wrinkles, evens skin tone, hydrates, use only a few drops, fairly cheap

CONS: greasy, smells like fish oil
